Procedures

The procedures are described in general. They can be used in batch for a operator’sf update or in real time.

The catalog of species

The API returns the list of available species with their purchase and sale prices.

New udiana

The API creates a new udiana with 1 or 0 tree. The species of this tree is automatically défined by Tree-Nation depending on availability and operators' specific rules.

A to be confimated mode allows to create an udiana not visible on Internet and to send an email to the family to ask for confirmation. If the family click on the email's cofirmation link, the udiana becomes visible and the first tree is planted in behalf of the operator.

New tree

The API creates a batch of new trees with the call parameters. In this version of the API, only one species is allowed per batch. The trees are generated instantly and are therefore directly available in the list of trees for a person or context.

Trees

The API can provide the list of trees for a deceased, for a funeral home, a group, for a press title, a press group or all the souvenir trees related to the operator.

Transactions

The API provides the list of transactions for a given period. The transactions contain price information and a balance that gives the amount that the operator must pay to Tree-Nation or receive from Tree-Nation if trees have been sold by Tree-Nation in behalf of the operator. This could be the case if funeral websites are set up via the operator with the Tree-Nation sales module.

Stats

The API provides stats concerning the number of trees and co2 offset for different scopes.
